Skagit Basin Weather Stations

This might be my OCD flaring up cuz I've never really paid attention to it before, but does anyone know of an actual river level temperature site for the upper Skagit?

I've used NOAA for years and as I've gotten older I pay more attention to when stuff freezes. From what I can tell, NOAA uses a weather station at Finney Creek which is at 2160 feet....about 1600 feet higher than the river at Concrete, for example.

Over the last couple days I've done some on line scratching, trying to find actual temperatures for Rockport, Darrington, or Concrete, etc....but it seems like the other sites I looked at, like Accuweather, use NOAA's info...which appears to be an extrapolation from Finney Creek and NOT what's actually on the ground.

.....even as I write this it seems to me like splitting hairs....but still...inquiring minds gotta know.....anyone have the goods?
