The wife and I went to the land of ScottP to visit one of her brothers for a couple days.
I threw together a bunch of gear ‘just in case’ and lucked out to get a couple hours on the river yesterday morning.
I hit a fishing access a couple miles from her brother’s house and had a great time.
I haven’t thrown dries on moving water in about year and luckily the cutties weren’t too picky. I ended up with a half dozen or so of these guys before it got too hot.
and today we went out and found enough of these guys for a pie
Heading home tomorrow so it was a teaser of a trip but pretty sweet all the same
