Shark Fest flies

For the past 13 days I’ve been dealing with cellulitis in my left middle finger.....what a pain in the finger! Good thing there was something good on Dish.....so I told a buddy I’m going to try to tie a couple of “shark flies” that I’m pretty sure I can get fresh water lake predators to breach on....

Hopefully this Friday I’ll be able to fish and test my seal shark flies.....depending on my finger.

So finally back on the water today! 13 bass and 1 bluegill on the seal patterns! I missed way more too...they destroyed the right front flipper off the green seal, then a decent sized bass broke the 3lb tippet and kept my black seal. All in all I consider this a success....and christened HRQ #3. What a blast!!

5 more on the crippled seal today.....with at least that many more attacks! Poor little sucker was waving the white flag....
