Adult Napoleon Wrasse are another fish that will leave you bruised and bleeding. They are so damn strong and you absolutely must muscle them away from the coral or else your fly line is busted. Keep them hooked and your fly rod might shatter.

Big ocean bonefish are so much fun on a fly rod. Bonefishing is so enjoyable. These are impossible choices!

There are fish that pull harder, fish that have a more explosive take, fish that put on incredible aerial displays and fish that get much larger but if there was ever a fish designed purely for enjoyable shallow water hunting and sight fishing with a fly rod it is the large spooky tailing bonefish.
