Scotty mount pad on a watermaster?

Anyone ever attach these scotty mounts to their water master? Was thinking about adding one so I could mount an action cam there if I wanted.

Yes, I have two on my WM with Scotty rod holders so I can float with two Spey rods rigged up, ready to go. Or regular trout rods.

They seem to stay on just fine even rolling up?

I’ve got a couple on my WaterOtter. One for the Garmin and the other for a rod holder. Can’t remember the name of the glue they recommended. It works great.

I installed two Scotty glue-on pads on my Fish Cat Scout 7 years ago and haven't had any issues. The Scotty pads are stiff and won't bend when you roll the boat up but the mounting pads for your oars are the same. I don't think my rolled up boat is any bulkier after installing the two pads.

I just followed the instructions on the NRS Installation Video. I also found it useful to read through the questions and answers at the bottom of the NRS product page for the Scotty pad. Just don't forget to install the nuts behind the pad before gluing!!
