Hook is a Hanák jig hook, with an offset tungsten bead.
Materials-

Attach Polar Chenille and saddle hackle-

Twist chenille and hackle together and then furl it back on itself to form the tail (Fly Fish Food has a good tutorial video on furling)-


Add flat braid and tie it forward.


I trim the excess flat braid and tie it back to add more flash. Then tie a dubbing loop loaded with dubbing and wrap forward.

Tie off, whip finish and brush out the dubbing loop.

It looks messy, but it has a lot of movement.

Wet.
