Save Lyman Creek

More information needed. Lyman Creek must be a very, very small stream to be recommending only 1 cfs as a minimum instream flow, even outside of trout spawning seasons. 1 cfs is what the USFS used to require in our mountain streams, and it was for fire fighting use, not fish or ecological integrity. If Lyman Creek is worth saving, it's worth fighting for a biologically informed volume of water.
