He did and I can tell. But now it’s cleaner than clean. The old man took good care of the rod. That’s all I can say. The cork grip was in amazing great condition. Have no idea but dedicated it to some salt and river mouth operations. Yes it is one of many I own. They are a finess beast of a rod to cast and fish with. IMHO.
I have seen a couple rods like that. Not a fan of the thumb imprint grip. The rod cleaned up easily. (Not that it was bad to begin with). Great grip shape and cork on this one. Hey if any of you want an another great steelhead/salmon SH rod he’s sitting on a great Scott rod.
