Up for sale is a Sage Foundation 7-weight 10’-0” rod in perfect mint condition. I am not sure this rod has ever been used by looking at it. Well balanced with a medium fast action top and mid-section and a stronger butt section it is versatile for all fishing conditions. Extra length is great for high-sticking or fishing out of a boat. This is a Beautiful matt black rod with full wells grip and fighting butt weighing in at 4 oz. Rod comes with factory sock and tube. Asking $300.00 USD including shipping in the US. Trying to resist. I was actually in the market for a 10' 7wt several months ago and had narrowed it down to the Sage Foundation or an Echo Ion XL. I went with the Ion at the time to save a few bucks and based on the rave reviews. I wish I'd had a crystal ball to know you'd be selling this!

Hi Andy - I hope you are happy with the Ion, I have also heard good things about them. Echo makes a lot of nice rods for a great price point.
Hopefully someone will get to enjoy this Foundation soon. It is a real nice rod for the money also.
