Wanted Ross Cimarron spare spools (4 & 5)

I know they don't come up as often as they used to but still looking for a couple of good condition spare spools for my Post-98 Cimarron 4 and 5 reels.

Very nice reels MHO. I have the size 2-3-4 with extra spools but my 3-4 are pre-98. I got my extra spools ( one of each) off the big auction site but it was years in the making. If you haven’t …. put an alert on eBay to be notified when one pops up and check fly shops that have trade in/used gear sales. MRFC, Trident, Spinoza, etc.

At one time I recall reading/hearing that pre-98 spools fit post-98 Cimarron and Gunnison reels, yet only worked in RHW direction... Would really like to know if true because that would make a huge difference in my search.
