For those few who tie classic salmon flies and may not check the classifieds I just listed 44 blind eye hooks in the classifieds.

I had no idea there were still hand made hooks out there

Only one I have that is readily available. And strangely enough I was told after acquiring the feathers in that fly from someone in GB that it was very possible that some of the authentic plumage came from birds stolen by Edwin Rist.

I’m totally ignorant to this art.

Was this tied on a vise? done free hand?

How ever it was done, how long did it take?…roughly.

….and is it supposed to be a panfish or was Yard Sale poking sticks
