Rod storage

I built this simple oak rack back in summer of 2019 to hold ten rods. Should have made it to hold a dozen, at least

I have a couple of laundry baskets full of rod tubes in my closet. Might give my wife the wrong idea if I used a trash can.

And to think i only have 4 rods, only use 2 consistently

I store all my rods out of sight of my wife.

She keeps all of her shoes out of my sight.

Married 41 years and that has worked great!!!

One of the ones in the cedar closet is a scott f 84 I bought from Russell (I think) around 10 years ago.

I like to see and handle the merchandise.... I don't have tunes for everything either. So I have a few travel cases for rod + reel I grab when heading out if needed. Some local outings I just grab a few rods and put them in my truck bed.

@Chadk please be careful when placing rods in a truck bed. Sage and Loomis rods do not like that. Do not ask how I know that...

Yeah, I've learned the hard way - but very careful these days.
