Reliable Ro

The Senko has the magical ability of being able to be fished in the weediest, stickiest, snaggiest places on the lake...... that's where the Bass are. Fly fisherman may find themselves at a disadvantage in this regard. However, I have no doubt that a "Senko Fly" could be tied in an equally (or superior ) "weedless" manor. Post #13 4th one down, seems to be addressing this! Bass do not need a hook point sticking out. They need a "weedless" presentation in the snaggiest spots.

Can confirm that a fly like that one (tied weedless but knocked off the point during the fight) will catch Minnesota bass.
Although in this case I was throwing a popper into weeds, and immediately after getting a blowup and miss, I grabbed the other rod and dropped this in the same spot - never made it to the bottom!
