Bambooflyguy and I hit Mocrocks Beach about 11:30 looking for red tail perch and razors.
Fished until 3:30 using razor clam necks for bait. Trick I learned from Bambooflyguy.
Think we ended up with 8 fish between the two of us. Went to the truck and traded our fishing rods for clam shovels.
Not clam guns. Old habits never die.
Razors were on the smaller side and tough to locate.
We left the beach around 5:30 with a solid pile of razors. We headed over to the Green Lantern tavern for some hot chow.
What a great way to spend the day despite freezing my butt off.
I would do it again in a minute. Hey... I think there are better minus tides this weekend. Hmmm...
