Red-eyed devils

I found a few in a Big C backwater, not a ton, but enough...

Love the eye pic. It could go on the wall. Maybe a cavas print.
thx! I've been playing around with a particular super-close-up setting on my P&S WP camera. I think I can get a little closer. Too rainy for much with my phone.

I have Used a few cameras over the past couple of years. I have a Fuji and an Olympus TG-6. They are not my favorite. Way to used to a 35mm dslr. My phone stays in the truck. I have to remember to leave a lil crop room.

Man, I loved my Olympus Tough (whatever number they were on several years ago) until I dropped it into the Pacific.

I currently use a Ricoh WG-6 (same as the Pentax...or may be made by Pentax). But it has this mode called "microscope" which is pretty damn cool that I haven't totally gotten used to using. I also use a GoPro to shoot video so I can just pull a frame off that (works great for forum use, but not much else).

I think there is microscope on the Olympus. I haven’t taken the time to learn all of the functions. Lol

It's pretty cool, I've been playing around with it with plants like ferns and stuff. It's tricky to get the lighting just right (the Ricoh has a ring of LEDs right around the lense.

The ring light probably helps the pic. I think they make on for the TG. I did put a lens cap on my TG. Got tired of cleaning water spots off the lens.

Maybe a few “eye of the tiger“ pics this summer. Tiger teeth?
