I know some don't care for them, but my wife does. I found a recipe for Tuscan Trout that was really good.

1/4 cup olive oil

1 clove garlic, cut into thin slices

1/2 teaspoon dried sage

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled

2 tablespoons wine vinegar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper

Dried Parsley garnish

Mix ingredients in bowl, then dip fish.

Cook on grill skin side down first 2.5 min, flip and cook 2 more minutes until done. A side of Knorr alfredo goes well.

If you have a good one maybe you would care to share?

Those ‘trout” in the pictures for this article are impostors!
Week in jumbo plant. Fought to the death, literally,. Rolled over, belched bubbles and wouldn't come back. I think I'll tweak title tough.:)

Not your trout, which is undoubtedly a trout. The ones the Washington Post used to illustrate an article about cooking trout are not.
