Recent fly shop break in?

I was just looking at another classified, not related to this site and saw someone selling a large amount of new/unused fly reels. No pouches, boxes or paperwork. Nothing too high end so probably a bigger outdoor shop display case got boosted recently. Maybe it was a fly shop though? Either way if you are looking for these items I have more info to provide on the actual listing. Not like it’s hard to find. And it goes without saying but let’s not support this seller please 👍

I saw the same listing. Based on that particular assortment of brands including Maxxon I'd guess Sportsman's Warehouse.

Maybe, but that's a lot of new reels.. worth doing a little research on where the seller is from and checking to see if there have been any thefts in the area or even within hundreds of miles. Puget Sound Fly Co dealt with more than a few breakins over the years, other shops as well I'm sure. Stuff is relatively easy to get rid of through Ebay, pawn shops or just private sales.. If he/she had posted 2 or 3 at a time, none of us would have even questioned this!
 
I had the same thought. He's based in Florida. I can't imagine anyone buying that much extra stuff. I saw another one here recently, out of area, with some amazingly low prices on a few quality rods. Decided to skip it.
