I’ve been wanting to get the drifter out, so when a buddy called and suggested a float I didn’t have to think too hard before saying yes. Headed over Saturday afternoon, through the rain, but it stopped once I got to The Dalles. Beautiful day, started out cloudy but after a while the sun came out. We each only got a few, but it was a great way to spend 24 hours away from home.
