While chasing after rods.I looked at TradenStuff. What I don't know is whether Dave - a nice guy, by the way - is if Dave's rating scale is accurate. Has anyone had any experience with his products? Some of his prices are better than anything I see on the auction site, but I see better pictures in the auction place.

Only nice things to say, please. If you have anything disparaging to say, DO IT IN A PM NOT IN PUBLIC, please.

Thank you, Robert. I'm not hesitating. I've knwn about the site for quite a while and Dave's been very patient and pleasant when answering my questions. I'm just wondering if, when a rod is described as "New" is it like new?
