only proper because I have snippets of this in other threads.....@PhilR and I decided to head East for some snake dodging and hopefully some fish catching....
We ended up out here:
dodged some of these....ok ok, maybe I was looking for them (I went 2-2 on the gopher snakes), PhilR went 0-1 on the racer....or perhaps it was the racer that went 0-1...
We found a decent number of these:
including a handful of streamer eaters (not pictured) and for me, a nice whitefish thrown into the mix (also, not pictured).
We ate well:
