I have a 36lb thrust motor guide electric. I undid the nut, slid off the old prop, slid on an APC 10x5, tightened up the nut, good to go. My top end speed went from 2.8/2.9 mph to 3.2mph. This equates to about 10% increase in top end speed. My only concern would be how it performs in weeds.

I got my prop installed. Had to dremel out the new prop to get the shear pin to fit and added a couple new washers. Got a snug install and tried it on my 40 lb motor.
Speed seems better at full throttle. Going in reverse was kinda weak but it never worked that great anyways. Picked up some stringy weeds wrapped around the prop. Afterwards everything still fit tight with no wiggle or wobble.
Overall I like it and going to try it on my other boats too.
