FS Phillipson Pacemaker bamboo 5-weight, 8'-6"

[Buzzy]

Vintage Phillipson Pacemaker 3-piece 5-weight bamboo fly rod, comes with two tips. One tip has a very slight set near the tip and that tip section is about 1" shorter than the other tip which doesn't seem to affect casting or landing fish. The rod includes a sleeve and original aluminum tube (with a replacement rubber cap for the tube). Price reduced.

8'-6" and here's another pic of the funky tip (price reduced to $175.00):

Buzzy, as a verified bamboo whore, this is VERY tempting. If I didn't already have an 8-6 Pacemaker I'd be heading towards Ephrata right now.

Cliff - I'm unsure if I've priced this rod too high, as in, is it worth my asking price in that one tip is kind of funky?

Yeah, I think it's priced fairly. There also appears to be a rewrap of one of the guides. So I think it's ok.

The 8'6" Phillipson bamboo rods are terrific. The 8'6" 5 weight phillipson Power Pakt is one of the most fished rods in my collection.
