It’s a great butcher shop. I’ve never tried their pork chops but I should.

The pork chops are the best! Don’t over cook them, they can be eaten as is. You’re just warming them up and charring to taste.

There is another store by Riverside, on the way to Oroville. The smoked chops are excellent.

I've heard they're delicious. Just a long drive. But Stewart's in McKenna makes one too I'm assuming. There's has cornbread in the middle. We buy two dinners worth every visit.

I didn't know the smoking process pre cooked them, doesn't take much heat wise to prepare them
