Outcast Fish Cat Scout IGS Rod Holder Question

So I have the Fish Cat Scout with the IGS system. I currently have 2 of the slide in pads and scotty rod holders on the left side. There is a spot for a 3rd slide in pad. I would really like to carry 4 rigged rods. Three in the holders and one in use. Has anybody put 3 holders on the same side and how does it work in practice? My question really is can you orient 3 rods such that they aren't in the way of each other when you try and swap one out.

I have the Scotty triple mount system. I don’t use it often but it has worked well when I have and the rods stay separated well. So you would need only one mount to the boat with this.
