Outcast Cougar pontoon

Thought I would post a few pictures of my “new to me” pontoon boat. I got it at a screaming good deal ($190) yesterday day. It had been setting in someone’s back yard under an awning so was quite dirty and a lot of moth cocoons and old spider webs.
I brought it home in parts in the back of my Subaru Outback, took it all out in the garage and spent an hour and a half washing it with mild soapy warm water. Wiped it all down and brought it up to my condo living room and spent two hours of trial and error before figuring out how it went together.
The seat bearing turn plate was clogged with old dirt and pine needles so I pushed in some axel grease and pushed it until I could spin it then wiped of any grease residue.
I’m am so pumped about getting out in it now!
I’ve got a storage container ordered for in front of our car in the garage I’m going to keep it in but for now it’s going in the way back of our Subaru.

Great deal for a Cougar!

I attached a copy of Fish Cat Panther instructions from Outcast that should be almost identical to your Cougar.

Outcast customer service is great and very responsive. I've purchased used Fish Cat Streamer and a used Fish Cat Scout and gotten great advice from customer service for both boats. They are helpful for recommendations on how best to stow inflated and deflated pontoons, missing parts, patch kits, etc.

Nice pontoon boat! Does it have a stripping apron? If not, it’s a must have for line management. I read your other post about rivers, definitely fish som3 lakes first. Have fun and be safe.
