Burkie, Meiser, Sage...

Someone had 2 or 3 Meiser switches in that range in the classifieds not too long ago. Might take a look and see if they're still available. I don't recall the location.

but after looking again it was for a 10' 7wt single hand switch, not quite what you're after.
