Agree; my last job on my tools as an ironworker was at 5000 ft. Was definitely noticeable.

Nothing gets quieter here than a Bitch Pigeon lose , even old Evan has quit gloating on us getting K9 , and his 36 yards or whatever . Whatever to justify losing a great running back . Looking forward to hearing more about the Chiefs , they seem to live in many heads here . One especially has K9 on the brain , but as said that quieted down a bit .

It seems that every time I talk shit prophetically, I end up eating crow. I don't care for the taste.
Can the Broncos beat the Queefs? Most certainly. Will they? I guess we'll see. One thing is certain, they are going to have to apply themselves. This isn't going to be a cake walk. If they play a clean game, avoid penalties, and address and correct their weaknesses, they'll have a decent chance. The Queefs' defense isn't going to allow for lackluster offense on the Broncos' part. Nix is going to have to be the QB he was last week and then some. He's going to need better protection though. Hoping Denver treats Mahomes the same way they treated Darnold in Week 6. I expect Mahomes to spend a fair amount of time on his back. There I go prognosticating again...

Crow does leave a bitter taste . I will say the Chiefs put a pretty big ass whoppin on those Donkeys first time around . The Chiefs ass whoppin by the Chickens , and the Donkeys ass whooping by the Chiefs , both teams got a bit to prove this next game . Hopefully it will be a good one .

And yes Mossy , Chiefs chatter has returned ,unlike the mute Chicken fans when losing . I was just MIA . I felt so bad the Chiefs losing I spent a couple days with the boat fishing .

John Madden was my most favorite football commentator. The guy could add humor to the game like no one else. They should have made a movie about him and they did...
However, after watching the trailer it is obvious that while Nicolas Cage is a good actor and I like him in many movies, he can not pull off portraying John Madden. Not even a little.
I guess I shouldn't make a judgement call until I watch the entire movie but really, the trailer was telling enough that Nicolas Cage simply can not play John Madden.
It is also possible that some who were not around when Madden was in the booth have no reference to the man so Cage will work fine for them. If you weren't around when Madden was a commentator, you missed a lot of laughs during a football game.

There were a lot of good commentators back then , and before . Dandy Don ,was among them . Yes Madden was also my all-time favorite . Sad to say , I can't get behind any of them these days . Romo for me was as close as it got to wanting to listen to these guys these days, and he is no longer . .

The only movie that Cage was in that is watchable was Raising Arizona. After that if he is in it I'm not watching. He has the acting range of a bowl of mayonnaise.

There is little question that he would completely disagree with that assessment. Just ask him.
I could argue that ,I never heard anyone rattle on like Aikman , but opinions vary. It's hard to listen to any of them . If you're old enough to remember the ones like Madden , you know what I am talking about with the modern day commentators , hard to take . Used to be fun listening to the likes of Madden , Meredith , even Gifford . Been a lot of good ones of years past ,that IMO is no longer true .

Learn to ignore them , and just listen to the crowd noise , it's more entertaining . I have just learned to lock them out ,they don't bother me in the least now .
As said Aikman used to just get to me ,but now I just lock him out .I have to add ,although I don't listen to them much , Collingsworth is my favorite ,he is totally a Mahomes fan !!!
