Man, I just really hope Darnold isn't seriously hurt. As much as I'd love to see DEN/sea with DEN former QB leading sea, I'd rather it be Darnold so there are no excuses either way. That, and I like good football. good football is played best with healthy starters.

Drew Lock has shown flashes in the past. He was also a victim in a position of instability with changing coaches etc etc. . The dude is a stud. I expect some good games from him coming forward. Remember Minnesota’s Kevin O’Connell’s quote. ‘ Most franchises/teams fail the QB than the Qb failing them’. I think Denver was a big disservice to Drew Lock. Now with this support here in Seattle it’s his time to shine.

Hope you noticed that arm. It’s above average talent. Plus he can run at times and has great size.

I actually agree with the vast majority of that. But he definitely wasn't exactly ready take on the responsibility either. Now, the Den coaching staff at that time totally did him dirty (IMO), but he wasn't ready anyway (then again, that's where a coaching staff needs to reign someone in). A lot of these guys who are on the edge of either succeeding or failing go the direction of the number of OCs they have or the actual coaching they get....Lock has always had not just an above average, but a WAY above average arm.

Part of the reason I LOVE my favorite team's current coaching staff and the support they're giving Nix. They believe because of what they see behind closed doors AND on the field, unlike the vast majority of talking heads.
