some GREAT games recently!

Really enjoy watching Caitlin's game, always will root for Sabrina give the U of O roots, but damn, it really doesn't look like anyone is going to unseat A'ja as the best player in the game anytime soon. And I just passively watch, with it on in the background at times.

Back to NFL, aren't the Seachickens now known as the Bitch Pigeons ala @Mossback ? I like that name a little better...

Seachickens , Bitch Pigeons , they both fit . :D Wilson is good for sure ,but the Fever just about undid them in the playoffs last year without Clark , will see this year . Minnesota will be tough to beat for anyone .
 
The Chefs, the 6 win team of last season, are going to improve.

Probably 8 wins, they might even get above .500, and in the weak ass AFC, that will get you a Wild Card game at home.

Division wise, they live in Donkeyville now...
 
Honestly, the AFC West is tough for me to wrap my head around. Chargers are never going anywhere. 10-11 wins, first round playoff loss every year. Chefs are tough to figure out. I wouldn't be surprised if they only win 6 simply because they don't have that many good players, but the DO have Mahomes so 11-12 isn't out of the question ether (provided he doesn't continue his regression we've seen over the last several years). I think the Broncos could easily win 12-13, but I wouldn't be surprised one bit if they end up at 10-7 or 11-6 simply due to their schedule. Raiders....lol. better, but still lol

All of this is provided good health...one major injury can throw a wrench in anything.
 
Them Donks was 11-2 in 1 score games last year....an unlikely set of circumstance, unlikely to be repeated this year.
With the tougher schedule, they'd better be improved, otherwise they're a Division Champion but not much more.
 
True, but I also think that's in large part to how well Nix plays at the end of games (gotta work that 'on script' stuff though)....unlike Herbert who racks up the stats, but not much by way of late game stuff. That's where Mahomes has always shined, which is why they will always be dangerous.

Plus, over the last two years, the Broncos were first in dropped passes (by a wide margin), as long as that improves (how can it not?). Their run game under Payton has always kinda sucked too (it was always hit or miss with NO too), so hopefully they'll change up their schemes a little bit with Davis Webb calling the plays (I think he's going to be a stud play caller....you heard it here first). Maybe their RBs just sucked, and that was it. hard to say. We'll find out soon enough. That early season schedule though is ROUGH.

I heard the Seahawks signed a defensive player being charged with multiple felonies. They're going to pay him, but he won't be able to attend practice.

Usually hard to repeat winning the close ones two years in a row…just ask the Chefs…
