I would certainly move Tomlin up, he has done far more with less than Peyton and Harbough. Won't disagree with Reid at the top, not so sure about McVay as 2 (could it be hometown bias by Cowherd?)
 
Bill Belichick should be near the top of that list and Reid & Tomlin are the only 2 that should be on that list, Payton maybe #13.
The rest, gimme a break!
 
Jesus Colin, what does Coach Campbell have to do to get some luv here? Just pull a team up from the absolute dregs of the NFL. Most of those guys inherited teams that were already good.
