Niners need Trent Williams more than Aiyuk (recall his constant drops first two years) if Deebo is as healthy as he appears..plenty of weapons on the team, and looks like they've going into the season with better CB's. West will be won by the Niners, Seattle looks much better this year, Rams will compete until Stafford is hurt again...the East is going to be a battle to the last game, lot's parity in that division. Mahomes has a chance to make history with a three peat, that team remains fully loaded.

Mahomes and Auto would appear to be the favorite preseason, but even so, there's a lot that needs to go right for a 3 peat...

Otherwise it'd be a more common thing.

I'll take the field.

Steelers have a tough schedule, so Russ will be needing to be in top form for them to win a lot of games. Tomlin is a good coach, so that will certainly help.

Strength of schedule is a moving target of course, but over time it has proven to be harder to make the playoffs or overachieve with a tough SoS.

If I were a betting person, I would take the field, but I am not, I go with my heart, so I will take Mahomes and Ma Auto for the THREEPEEEEEET!!!!

None of the eight teams that have won back-to-back Lombardis ever returned to the big game the following year. Three of those squads lost in the ensuing conference title game, two lost in the Divisional Round and three missed the postseason altogether.

Seahawks and Donkeys Sunday...

Anybody got a prediction ?

:)

Hawks 23
Broncos 21.

0 points scored in 1st qtr.

Broncos 34-0

naw, I don't really believe it, but I'll go with Broncos 27-24.

I'd honestly be surprised if Broncos win that one, but I do think it'll probably be close. Tough place to start your career...

The Playoff Win Drought is a Raider.

Niners now complete, doubt there was ever any worry or rush from management about getting Trent Williams signed, at 36 he'd much prefer to work out at home and forego training camp wear and tear. Niners better take advantage of having the lowest paid starting QB in the league this year, however, cause he's going to get his bag next year. And hopefully Shanahan watched some YouTube video's on OT rules in the off-season...lol
