I'm so envious. And hungry. Them there are some of the best tasting critters in this whole wide world. Love them raw with toasted sesame oil and a sprinkling of Himalayan salt, yum!

I will give a single answer . We cut them with scissors down the back and then took the vain out... And we like cooking then with shell on, more flavor!
