As a Niner fan I'd sure like to see this group join the legend status like the 80s/90s teams, and its not like KC needs another ring. But man, I just don't see how anybody beats Mahomes. Niners did everything right to beat him last time and then he threw 3 TDs in the last six minutes. Poof.....gone.

In fact, has anybody ever seen Mahomes and Keyzer Soze in the same room?

... and niners lost 3 in a row, they are both suspect. Niners giving up lots of points these days but scoring more, Chiefs not scoring many but giving up fewer - Could be a really good game. Chiefs 23, Niners 19 - you saw it here first!!

Niners are SUPER vulnerable. There might be some QB drama by the weekend. Darnold to start the SB. Mark my words.

Been a lot of praise for Purdy , I think the Chiefs defense is going to expose some of that lack of experience, we will see what Sprag dials up for him . I think we get to see a whole different Purdy in the SB , He didn’t show up in the first half Sunday , finally woke up in the second half. Chiefs defense made Jackson look pretty bad , especially the second half , and Purdy does not have the skills Jackson has .

Mahomes and the Chiefs are the current team to beat. Everyone else is just living in their era. Such is the way with pro sports. I loved Curry and the Warriors until I didn’t. It would be nice if pro sports wasn’t so dynasty oriented. I think most fans like seeing new teams and faces win it all.
 
The c-hawks head coach search process has become Kafkaesque. What was their plan when they decided to fire Petey?

I do think the League is probably the most competitive across the board when it comes to professional sports

Well that all depends, I think the fans in KC or just KC fans anywhere don’t mind at all seeing the Chiefs win. Their reign will end , and there will be someone else to complain about .
