Well that was a disappointing season, started off with lots of opertunity and looked good. Then things went to shit, offense sucked, defense sucked.
Time to rebuild, new coaching, new GM and new QB's!

Geno has proved he is a sub par QB and too inconsistent, moment's of greatness then forgets what hes playing for. Pluss he's past his prime, maybe 1or 2 seasons as a back up but time to move on. Yes he had 1 incredible pass to Lockett for the TD but...

Also its time to trade DK for some draft picks, he's too immature, not to mention the Hawks just dont understand how to utilize fast receiver's.
I mean we've had some of the fastest receivers in the league and dont utilize them right!
Merton Hanks and DK, blazing speed and we do some stupid play behind the line of scrimmage for a loss, over and over again.

Sean and I discussed the plan, and we agreed that the people would want to see Stafford vs Goff.
 
Well…if I had to make a wager upon pain of death, I still think it’s the Niners and Ravens…with Lamar getting both the MVP and SB MVP…
 
The Seahawks have a 52.9% winning percentage the past two years.
They’ve got some work to do if they want to hit that coveted 54% mark…..

So glad we are one season closer to Seahawk sale and end of PC contract. Take a few years to rebuild but definitely something to look forward to...
 
Black Monday.
Two down so far in Washington and Atlanta. Some execs gone as well.
Some franchises just suck no matter how many coaches and general managers they go through. Franchises like Carolina deserve to suck with an owner like Tepper.

I really do wonder what's going to happen with Pete. His contract goes through next year and he for all intents and purposes is in charge of the Seahawks. Jody Allen is in charge of the trust that owns the Seahawks, but she basically defers all football decisions to Pete. So it's not like Pete will fire himself. I just wonder if he decides to retire, goes another year with an understudy, or just keeps business as usual.

I think .500 +/- a game or two is the ceiling as long as Pete is in charge. He had a defense full of future hall of famers to start his coaching tenure here, but once those guys phased out, his defenses have been average to historically terrible, despite a LOT of resources going in to it.

Yes, QB should be in the plans too just due to age. But Geno is way, way down on the list of things this team needs to fix. He's fine. He had a slump when the O-line was its most injured this year (just like Mahomes), but when his O-line was even half healthy, he did good to great. He's a QB you can win it all with if the rest of the team around him is competent... but he's been playing with a bottom 5-ranked O-line. QBs can't do their job effectively in that situation, so I'm surprised he even did as well as he did.

If this defense didn't shit the bed the last half the season, they are at least a 12-13 win team. But hard to get anything going on offense when the defense can't get off the field.

AFC: Chef's somehow make it all of the way to the Championship game only to lose to the Ravens who go on to play redacted in the SB with Lamar silencing 78.31% of the doubters and winning the SB along with SB MVP honors! Like that you have the Chiefs in the SB, I myself have serious doubts, but sure hope you are right - I think overall, the Ravens are the team to beat, and not sure anyone can.

Yeah, in what universe does this version of the Chiefs stand any chance against that Ravens defense?
