NFR NFL 2023 Season

I thought it was funny that Mathew Stafford was voted to the Pro Bowl this year, because he almost always gets passed over. The fan voting (25%) obviously skews Pro Bowl voting results, hence why so many Cowboys go each year.

If I had to rank NFL honors it would be...
1) Super Bowl Champion
2) MVP, DPOY, OPOY, COY, OROY, DROY
3) NFL ALL-PRO Team
4) Walter Payton Man of the Year
5) Pro Bowl

For once, I mostly agree with you.
But going back to my original statement. Of course we care. Otherwise we wouldn't be here.

We are here because steelhead and warm water species fishing is not very good. Wind, rain and snow are added to that.

I'd probably put All Pro above #2. Fan based voting is crap.

Sadly, WP Man of the Year should be #1 or 2. Or at least celebrated more than it is.

But agree, SB Champs is whats remembered and pro bowls are worthless. especially since most of the top guys started bailing and the 3rd or 4th option became a "pro bowler" by default.

Seahawks are on Fox i.e. channel 13, at 1:30. Local channels and teams take precedence over other games on at the same time.

Not a Dallas fan at all, but, is there an argument to be made that the lineman didn't get the refs attention and acknowledgement? An analyst in this article states that it's the players responsibility to get the refs attention and ack. Apparently #70 also checked in eligible with the ref, and then was covered at the line of scrimmage; so there was an illegal formation penalty that would have been called evem if 68 had checked in?
I have no interest in either team but here is video breakdown of the "bad call"

Yes, because of that over-rated jerk that played in Green Bay. Sic him, Jimmy Kimmel!

Watching the Jags-Titans game; Deandre Hopkins needed 39 yards for a $250K bonus…7 receptions for another $250K…and two td’s for an additional $250K. He has 4 catches and 32 yards just before the half…

I'd like the chance a half a million on Sunday.

I'm gonna wait to make my "hindsight is 20/20" post until after all of the games today....stay tuned!
