Man, "DangeRuss" has slid 5 yards early every single scramble. Once when the guy was behind him. Protect the brand I guess....

agreed....perhaps a kicker too. I still can't believe the Broncos got rid of McManus! That is the kind of game that has a special teams coach looking for employment at the end of the season…..

Hopefully a few washes in between...I love PM, but do we really need confirmation of this (we all know they are superstitious, so we already suspected):
cheers
Yeah, eating crow a bit myself as I wrote him off as done. He's looked good this year overall. I think if he had more help from his offensive "weapons," he'd be even better. Doesn't seem to have much of a supporting cast, but that toe drag by Sutton was Tyler Locket-like.I thought RW played well last night. He's not as spry as he once was, and as noted, not embarassed to take a slide before contact. That said, he extended plays in the face of a brutal pass rush, and made some nice throws. Would love to see the Donkeys be a dark-horse and make a run into the playoffs... but I'm not sure I could take another presser or post-game interview with RW... "When you live on the mountain top, you have to be willing to climb back up to the top now and then"(my paraphrasing). Dude is a walking, talking living breathing motivation calendar; makes me taste my own puke.
