NFR NFL 2023 Season

Hawks played better than I thought they would against SF. But this isn't a good team. It's a team that has some great parts, but the sum of the whole isn't larger than those parts. And it hurts them.

The Hawks O is really bottom tier. The pace, the adjustments, the lack of sink. Not getting it done
I think Lock did a decent job
Pass D horrendous

They have the personnel. Possibly the most stacked offense Pete has had. He's just wasting it with his ancient philosophy and lack of creativity or real scheme. That's the most frustrating part.

Except for a legit QB. Did Lock look any better/worse than Geno? Yeah.....

Like the ref said, when you line up and block their view of the ball they're gonna call it every time.

Unfortunately, had to be called. I don't blame the Refs - blame Toney - he was looking down the line, how did he not see he was ahead of everyone???? This guy has now cost the Chiefs 2 games - one with his hands, dropping an easy wide-open catch that would have gone for game-winning touchdown against Detroit (he was behind everyone - nothing between him and the goal line, another one bounced off his hands for a pick 6 earlier in the same game) and then last night.

No Cheers in Chiefs Kingdom

NFL…Not For Long…

video show the receivers toes about 3" over the line, and it's routine for ref's to caution a receiver if he is crowding the line before the snap, happens all the time.
Just another B.S. call from what is turning into a season of such, while the head plantation seer drones on "we have faith in our referees".
Had games on yesterday while finishing up some projects...stopped what I was doing to watch three overweight ref's huddle for over 5 mins to finally announce a pre-snap defensive offsides, fans yelling to get on with it.
Have watched football since the 50's, attended dozens of Niners games...calling a Code Red on the current crop of bozo's with the whistles around their necks.

From playing and experience. Yes it is common for the line judge to communicate with the WIDE out. Also communicate with any slot receiver who points and confirms his alignment. Did he do this?

Now we're complaining about the ref not giving a warning to the receiver who's lined up offsides? must be slim pickings....This thread is getting pretty hilarious.

Based on this formation above it is the receivers responsibility to confirm his alignment and more than likely if he had pointed to line judge the judge would have signaled him to back up. You are coached to reference ball to line judge by checking with him not only to be on-sides but also to be far enough behind the line of scrimmage ( not cover up a receiver or go in motion )

I agree that there have been call issues this season, but this isn't one of them. Mahomes should have directed his tantrum at the guy who was way offsides.

There should be a no punt fourth down zone between the 40's. Would make the game more fun. Seahawks playing their offside trap midfield when they still had a chance 🥱🥱🥱.

Put the foot on the gas!
