Donkeys owners have Wal Mart coin, so they can overpay for a lot of stuff.
Urban Meyer is available...
:)

I expect the Seattle feelings for Wilson will grow fonder as the non-playoff seasons pile up.

Wilson did well in the win column with a great defense and a great running game while he was on a rookie contract. Seahawks won a number of close games in those years, they were not bliwing people out.
Once the defense slipped a bit and the running game faltered, he did not do so well in the win column. Seahawks lost a lot of close games, and got blown out a few times.
Take from that what you will...

Whose non-playoff seasons?

and I'd sure love to see RW pull his diva bullshit with him!
Me too! I'd sign up for that one in a heartbeat.

While we're at it, give Elway a statue, not a job.

honestly though for Den, I don't give a fuck what they do.....just fix it, whatever that means.

please, just let operation clean sweep commence....except Surtain II and Simmons. That's it. I can't wait for 2027.

Raiders have benched Carr for the last two games of the season…starting Stidham this Sunday against the Niners. I’m thinking we are parting ways with Derek at the end of the season…the rest of his contract is not guaranteed unless he gets hurt…hence the benching.

Not surprised, only surprise for me is that it has taken this long. Never thought as much of him as many seemed to have. He has a penchant for throwing INTs at key times late in a game.

cheers, and .... GO CHIEFS

I mean, sometimes starting your second and third string quarterback can work ;)

I fully expect the niners to at least get to the NFC Championship game with Mr. Irrelevant. Even then, I'm not sure what NFC team can beat them right now. I think they'd wreck Philly, personally.

I’ve barely watched Philly highlights let alone a full game, so I really don’t know how they stack up.

If the core players (and there’s a lot of them) can stay healthy (big if), thy can go far. I mean they lose Deebo, and all of a sudden Kittle comes back with 4 TDS in 2 games.

I think the Niners have the best all round team in the playoffs...and starting a rookie qb to run the table is still wishful thinking...but I saw a rookie qb that previously played for the Iowa Barnstormers in the AFL take the Rams to the Superbowl and become the MVP in both the League & the Superbowl...so anything can happen.

Too bad Jalen Hurts gets an injury late in the season, otherwise I think the Eagles would be going to the Big Game...and playing the Chiefs (ugghh).

Andy Reid is the best offensive mind left. Not sure that I would bet against Andy Reid.

That cat in Buffalo is pretty freaking remarkable. He is a beast of a man and can throw the ball through a brick wall. His coach is a moron, but between Reid/ Mahomes and Allen, I am having a hard time seeing an NFC team as any sort of favorite. The best QB's in the NFC are on mediocre teams.

Oh I definitely think an AFC team is going to win it all, but I think 9ers take the NFC currently. Between them, Philly, Dallas and Minnesota, that 9ers defense is going to take them a long ways.
