An effective run game is a beautiful thing! It makes a QB's life SO much easier. I believe they are starting 2 rookie OL...I could be wrong about that.

If you're a casual fan or looking to learn more about schemes, coaching/player roles and responsibilities, etc, this book is a great overview on what we currently miss watching broadcast games. The latest edition is from 2015, so we miss some more of the dynamic game changes or new player profiles, but the core of the game and mindset remains the same. Pete Carroll wrote the foreword and is used as an example throughout the book. They even briefly cover the infamous Super Bowl play.
By reading it, you could have been a bit optimistic before the season's start with Geno behind the helm. He had flashes last season when Russ was hurt.

And damn good ones too !!!! Lucas is down right nasty, and Cross is so Athletic. They both come from passing offenses in college but their run blocking has been impressive to say the least.

Not sure I'm convinced the 2022 Seahawks are a "good team" but I'll for sure put them in the "fun team" category with potential to be a fun and good team.
It's not but should be Watson
They play the NY Giants this Sunday, and I think they are the favorite team. That would be something, a 4-3 team beating a 6-1 team. And being the Giants are just about the only team winning in NY. The Yankees are toast again this year. The Jets are 4-3 or 2.
