Every HC comes up on one side of the ball or the other and that greatly influences the identity of their team. Pete's a defensive back by trade and a DC at heart. Any good DC knows that one of the keys to success is for the defense to be on the field for the fewest number of snaps possible...regardless of how good they are. Running the ball successfully limits the number of possessions in a game.

Pete's never changed, but the team's inability to run the ball for the last 4-5 years has made it tough for his preferred style of play. I'm excited about this revamped, young offensive line as well as the addition of a "make you miss" type of back like Walker. When you are young upfront and run as much zone as Seattle does it's nice to have a back that can make those guys right.
 
How did I never know this? The Seahawks have a field dog named Turf. His job is bird patrol outside their Renton facility. Turf has social media:

My beloved Patsie's face the bears today. It appears Mac Jones will be back under center.
It is likely that all three Jones' will be playing in the secondary tonight. Damian Harris should also be back to lighten the load on Rhamondre Stevenson.
If the Marshawn Lynch fans here have not seen Rhamondre run, you may want to tune in. His running style is similar. He dances less but the attitude, agression and violence is similar.

I read up on Goodwin after seeing him yesterday when I think it was Aaron Levine told viewers to look up his story. Y’all probably know this but I didn’t.
He’s a champion long jumper. and I found out he’s been playing in the NFL since 2013. And then there is this sad news:

Goodwin is married to former Longhorn hurdler champion Morgan Goodwin-Snow. On November 12, 2017, their premature son died just hours prior to the 49ers' game against the New York Giants.[60]In November 2018, Goodwin missed two games when he and his wife lost their unborn twin boys.[61] Goodwin and his wife welcomed a daughter, Marae, on February 19, 2020. Goodwin is a cousin of former San Francisco 49ers teammate, Adrian Colbert.[62]

I think he has found a good balance of having a chip on his shoulder saying "of course I'm good!" Without trying to be superstar celebrity.
