Garoppolo and his salary are back with the 49ers

Ernie Zampese, the great offensive coordinator has passed away.

Why is everybody being so testy lately. Shit you can't say boo to anybody and they want to fight or just shoot you. I sure as hell wouldn't want to tangle with those Hugh players.

More like those huge players don't want to mess with the guy swinging the helmet. Aaron Donald is terrifying.

Fixed.

So for the NFC West, what's everybody's feeling on who got better/worse?

Clearly Seattle dropped with the Russ trade. I'm not a believer they even wanted JimmyG, they are in full on tank mode which is smart.

Seems like Arizona stayed about the same, although the Hopkins suspension hurts.

Rams lost OBJ(maybe?) but didn't they sign somebody big?

Niners got a good CB but lost a good OL and C.

I'm thinking it goes:

1. Rams as long as Stafford doesn't miss much time with his elbow
2. Cards lots to prove
3. Niners like last year, better than their record but lance will cost them a few games
4. Seattle looking at a loaded 2023 QB class

Who knows, but the "experts" see it
1) LA RAMS
2) 49ers if Lance is at least good
3) Cardinals may surprise, but...
4) Seahawks clearly tanking until new ownership in 2024.

The LA RAMS have a new McCutcheon, Lance McCutcheon (WR undrafted - Montana State).

I don't know why everybody is so down on D. lock. The guy came out to play in a free game after being out with Covid. He had to of been a little weaker than normal. I'll bet that his arm is stronger now.

They say he is slow at processing what his eyes see
I think that is the problem with many of the highly skilled college QB’s that bust in the pros
Different game in The League

If he was great, he'd still be in Denver and starting.

Maybe he has had his bell rung a few times. I had my head busted open in 1965 about. My problem is like his. When I worked on building A/P's I have had my bell rung a few times. And that shit really sucks.

Probably an upgrade over Eason who was released, but he may be resigned to practice squad if he clears waivers, so could still hang around.

Never heard of him
We’re heading for the next draft from what I gather
Get a QB on a rookie salary is what I’ve been reading
Perhaps we should focus on big D little O

OSU guy, he was actually on the seahawks for a month or so last year.

Saw a blurb that none of the hawks that got cut were claimed on waivers. That might say a lot about their current talent.
Hawks will be bad this year even without tanking. They'll need to select either Stroud or Young next year at #3.
They'll still be bad in 2023 with a rookie QB, but at least it won't be Smith or Lock.
