I just installed this on my phone and am wondering if anyone is using it yet? If so, your thoughts?

I have been exploring ways to use the NF App in tandem with the MVUM map layer in GAIA Maps to determine and mark road closures that affect route planning and navigation while in the field for various places to fish, hike, sightseeing, and camp.

It appears to have a download feature for planning (fixed destination trips) but my trips frequently have a need for flexibility of locations around a "base camp", and a plan B, C... using the latest information.

Other observations: I would prefer to see it cache more info that it uses internet links for to permit offline use. (Thankfully?) I have yet to find references to backcountry stream and dispersed camping locations that I have been to. And I'd like to see a FAQ - tutorial site like GAIA maps has.
