What hooks are you folks liking for your boobies. May hit a lake on Saturday since I need to be down south and temps are forecast for the mid 50°.
Might need to wipe a few up tomorrow night.
Never tied them before, so may need to refer to them as my Suffering Boobie pattern.

The fritz material and its variants are can clog up the hook gape pretty quickly, so I like wider-gaped hooks. Firehole 633, for example. I've had success on Fulling Mill's Grab Gape hook as well.

I've had good success with the Comp Heavyweights too. I didn't think I liked the squarish bend, but so far it's worked great.
