I found myself out on an extremely windy lake this morning.... edit: should give credit where credit is due, the term, "muck fusky" I think originated up in Wisco by the folks at Musky Fool, I could be wrong, but that's where I first heard the term....it fits perfectly!

I fished.....and fished.....and fished....didn't see a single fish.
So, I decided to head in and be productive for the rest of the day. about 20 minutes before my take out, just outside of musky alley, I threw a cast into no man's land where I occasionally see muskies roll....gave it a 10 count (type 3)...coulda been a 20 count, I don't remember, two hard strips, let it die, one more strip and it just stopped! 5 strip sets later & a minute or two, I got this beauty to the net....

But still, Muck Fusky....well, except for this one, he's alright in my book.
