I'd like to think that it was one of those that bit me off in a blink of an eye.

One fall pheasant expedition found me standing on the bridge at the outlet, with browns milling around both sides of the bridge. Stacking up to spawn I presume. There were salmon sized fish in the mix, and I was rodless. There are definitely big fish in that lake however.
