I’m going to busy the next few days . Family, friends, visitors from Brazil. Prepping , cooking, drinking some t hooch.

My very best wishes to all of you and your families. I can only hope that you are as lucky as I am for being thankful for all that can tolerate me. (You know who are.)

I think I'm ready. Presents wrapped and under the tree. Salmo's nearly famous smoked salmon cheese ball in the fridge and ready to set out - check. And just finished making a batch of Almond Roca; it's cooling on the deck and will need to be sampled soon, for quality control, of course. If I forgot anything, St. Nick better take care of it!
