Lone lake report from 10/21

arrived by 10:00 and it seemed like I was late as there were 6 people already on the lake. A mix of pontoons and boats.
brought the boat I just got from Fred (thanks again) and tested out my trolling motor and other things I added to the boat - especially the beer holder.
ended up with 3 to the boat, lost another 3 and missed a few takes. the weather was blue sky and calm. fish were strong and averaged 16 inches.
It was a good day to be on the water.
fished an intermediate line (combination of a slow troll and stripping) with one of my leech patterns.

Fished Lone yesterday afternoon to take advantage of the break in weather. Two other boats out on the water. Water is generally clear. Fishing was good once I figured it out. Fish are big, dark and scrappy.

Fished it today and it didn't seem to be. Docks all looked normal.
