Haha! I did the exact same thing on Sunday, three casts in a row, 4 inch bluegill, 4 inch bass, 3 inch perch. After two hours of non-productive casting for bigger bass, I sized down and started killing the bluegills. Better than the skunk.I fished the local rock pit for a few hours this morning hoping to catch a decent bass …and came close! Hooked a big fish that pulled free in the weeds before I got him on the reel. Would have been nice to at least see him. I did manage the little grand slam though, and what they lacked in size, they made up for in bragging rights.
