Late March lakes trip

Visited two lakes recently with @Irafly .
We found a variety of food options, like those above, for the fish, and below, because a good breakfast burrito is important!

The fishing was interesting. Water that seemed vacant at 10am was the place to be at noon. Hatches were intense but short duration. Water temps 46-49F. Quality fish were around but we had to go looking.

When bugs weren’t showing, we trolled up some fish. Mostly deep, using big attractors.

I don’t get to spend as much time on the lakes as I would like, so trips like these are special times!
