Lake Report

I fished a lake that recently reopened. The reason the lake had an extended closure was because of a lack of porta potties (supposedly…).
Here is what the porta potty situation currently is. Side note, it is the same as it was before the extended closure .

The fishing was decent. There were a fair number of beetles on the water and the Rainbows were looking up for them.




The Cutthroat were hitting dragon fly nymphs and leeches.



Glad the lake is back open.

Nice looking fish. It’s a good thing, anytime they open up closed water.
